- Once the Subscription is done will not be unsubscribed in any case.
- After receiving 100% payment, the subscription will be done.
- Transaction fees charged would be borne by the cardholder for any payment.
- Transaction fee charges would not be refunded/ reversed under any circumstances for any refund/reversal/chargeback and any other reasons.
- In any card exchange case, the cardholder subscription can be canceled.
- Subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
- Terms and conditions are changeable without any prior notice & all rights are reserved by “Kshirsagar foods and Beverages”.
- Any complaint / Exchange matter is only communicated via office/email or WhatsApp only.
